제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 Near kids(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 자녀 보호 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건·절차와 회사·이용자의 권리·의무를 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (정의)
- "이용자"란 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 보호자를 말합니다.
- "자녀 기기"란 보호자 관리 하에 보호 기능이 적용되는 기기를 말합니다.
- "Pro"란 유료 구독으로 제공되는 확장 기능을 말합니다.
제3조 (약관의 동의·변경)
이용 전 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의해야 합니다. 회사는 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며 시행 7일 전 공지합니다.
제4조 (서비스 내용)
- 앱·사용시간 제한, 유해·광고·AI 차단, 위치·안심존, 우회 방지, 사용 리포트 등
- 일부 기능은 기기 관리자(Device Owner) 등록 및 유료 구독이 필요합니다.
제5조 (요금·결제)
- 월 2,200원 / 연 22,000원(VAT 포함), 기본 2대, 추가 1대당 월 1,100원.
- 결제는 Google Play 인앱 결제로 이루어집니다.
- 구독은 해지 전까지 자동 갱신됩니다.
제6조 (청약철회·환불)
결제 후 이용 내역이 없는 경우 관련 법령 및 Google Play 환불 정책에 따라 환불이 가능합니다. 자세한 사항은 고객센터로 문의하세요.
제7조 (이용자의 의무)
- 자녀 기기에 보호 기능을 적용할 정당한 보호자 권한을 보유해야 합니다.
- 타인의 기기를 무단 감시·통제하는 등 불법적 목적으로 사용할 수 없습니다.
제8조 (책임의 제한)
회사는 천재지변, 통신 장애, 단말기/OS 정책 변경 등 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 중단에 책임지지 않으며, 안정적 제공을 위해 합리적으로 노력합니다.
제9조 (분쟁 해결)
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따르며, 분쟁 시 관할 법원은 민사소송법에 따릅니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the Near kids child protection service ("the Service"), and the rights and duties of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "User" means a guardian who agrees to these terms and uses the Service.
- "Child device" means a device under the guardian's management to which protection applies.
- "Pro" means extended features provided via paid subscription.
Article 3 (Acceptance & changes)
You must accept these terms and the privacy policy before use. The Company may amend the terms within the limits of law and will give notice 7 days before they take effect.
Article 4 (Service)
- App/time limits, harmful/ads/AI blocking, location/safe zones, anti-bypass, usage reports, etc.
- Some features require Device Owner enrollment and a paid subscription.
Article 5 (Fees & payment)
- ₩2,200/month or ₩22,000/year (VAT incl.), 2 devices included, +₩1,100/month per extra device.
- Payment is made via Google Play in-app purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
Article 6 (Withdrawal & refunds)
Where there is no usage after payment, refunds are available per applicable law and the Google Play refund policy. Contact support for details.
Article 7 (User obligations)
- You must hold legitimate guardian authority to apply protection to the child device.
- You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes such as monitoring others' devices without authority.
Article 8 (Limitation of liability)
The Company is not liable for interruptions beyond its control (force majeure, network failures, device/OS policy changes) and makes reasonable efforts to provide the Service reliably.
Article 9 (Governing law)
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes follow the competent court under civil procedure law.
