제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 에이치디랩(HD.LAB, 이하 "회사")이 제공하는 오답지기 — 오답노트 AI(Correction Note, 이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건·절차와 회사·이용자의 권리·의무를 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (정의)
- "이용자"란 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.
- "프리미엄"이란 유료 구독으로 제공되는 확장 기능을 말합니다.
- "AI 토큰"이란 AI 풀이·유사문제 생성 등 AI 기능 이용 시 차감되는 서비스 내 사용량 단위를 말합니다.
- "학습 데이터"란 이용자가 등록한 문제 사진, 필기, 학습 기록 등을 말합니다.
제3조 (약관의 동의·변경)
이용 전 본 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의해야 합니다. 회사는 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전) 서비스 내 공지 또는 이메일로 알립니다.
제4조 (미성년자 이용)
- 서비스는 초등학생부터 고등학생까지의 학습자를 주 이용 대상으로 합니다.
- 만 14세 미만 아동은 법정대리인의 동의를 받아 가입·이용해야 합니다.
- 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우, 법정대리인은 그 결제를 취소할 수 있습니다.
제5조 (서비스 내용)
- 무료: 하루 2문제 업로드, 자동 분류·복습 알림, 개념 라이브러리, 학습 플래너, 암기노트 등
- 프리미엄: 하루 30문제 업로드, 기기 2대, 매월 AI 토큰 지급, AI 단계별 풀이·유사문제 생성, 약점 분석 리포트, 스터디 그룹 등
- 일부 기능(사진 업로드·AI 분석 등)은 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다.
- 회사는 서비스 품질 향상을 위해 기능을 추가·변경할 수 있으며, 이용자에게 불리한 중대한 변경은 사전 공지합니다.
제6조 (AI 기능의 한계)
- AI가 생성한 풀이·해설·분류 결과는 오류를 포함할 수 있으며, 학습 보조 자료로 제공됩니다.
- 회사는 AI 결과의 정확성·완전성을 보증하지 않으며, 이용자는 중요한 학습·시험 준비 시 교과서·교사 등 공식 자료로 확인할 것을 권장합니다.
- AI가 사용된 기능에는 앱 내에 별도 표시(✨)를 하여 이용자가 인지할 수 있도록 합니다.
제7조 (요금·결제)
- 프리미엄: 월 9,900원 또는 연 99,000원(VAT 포함).
- 선택 옵션: 저장 공간 5GB 업그레이드 +월 2,000원(기본 3GB).
- 웹 결제는 토스페이먼츠를 통한 정기결제(자동 갱신)로 이루어지며, 카드 등록 즉시 첫 결제가 이루어집니다.
- 앱 스토어(구글 플레이·애플 앱스토어)에서 결제한 경우 해당 스토어의 결제·환불 정책이 함께 적용됩니다.
- 구독은 해지 전까지 매 결제 주기마다 자동 갱신됩니다.
- 회사는 요금을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행 30일 전 공지합니다. 기존 구독자는 다음 갱신일부터 변경된 요금이 적용됩니다.
제8조 (청약철회 · 구독 해지 · 환불)
- 청약철회: 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라, 결제 후 유료 콘텐츠·기능(AI 토큰 등)을 사용하지 않았고 결제일로부터 7일 이내인 경우 청약철회 및 전액 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 사용 후 환불: AI 토큰을 일부 사용한 경우 등 이미 서비스가 제공된 부분에 대해서는 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다(같은 법 제17조 제2항).
- 구독 해지(자동갱신 중단): 이용자는 언제든지 자동갱신을 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지 시 다음 결제 주기부터 갱신이 중단되며, 이미 결제되어 개시된 이용기간(월 구독은 해당 결제월, 연 구독은 해당 결제연도)은 그 기간이 끝날 때까지 유지됩니다. 이미 시작된 이용기간에 대한 중도(일할) 환불은 원칙적으로 제공되지 않습니다.
- 회사 귀책 사유: 서비스 장애 등 회사의 책임으로 서비스를 정상 이용하지 못한 경우, 해당 기간에 상응하는 금액을 환불하거나 이용기간을 연장합니다.
- 환불 요청: manager@hdlab.ai.kr로 결제 정보(결제일·결제수단·계정 이메일)와 함께 요청하시면, 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 처리 결과를 안내합니다. 환불은 원결제수단으로 이루어집니다.
제9조 (이용자의 의무)
- 타인의 저작물(문제집·교재 등)을 서비스에 등록하는 경우, 이용자는 개인적인 학습 목적으로만 사용해야 하며 이를 복제·배포·판매하여서는 안 됩니다.
- 계정을 타인과 공유하거나 양도할 수 없습니다.
- 서비스를 부정한 방법으로 이용하거나 시스템에 부하를 주는 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
- 이용자가 등록한 학습 데이터의 적법성에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
제10조 (지식재산권·데이터 귀속)
- 서비스 자체와 회사가 제작한 개념집·문제은행 등의 저작권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.
- 이용자가 등록한 학습 데이터의 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 회사는 서비스 제공(저장·분석·표시)에 필요한 범위에서만 이를 이용합니다.
- 회원 탈퇴 시 이용자의 학습 데이터는 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 파기됩니다.
제11조 (서비스 중단·계약 해지)
- 이용자는 언제든지 앱 내 기능을 통해 회원 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.
- 회사는 이용자가 본 약관을 중대하게 위반한 경우 사전 통지 후 이용을 제한하거나 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다. 다만 긴급한 경우 사후 통지할 수 있습니다.
- 회사가 서비스를 종료하는 경우 최소 30일 전에 공지하고, 잔여 이용기간에 해당하는 금액을 환불합니다.
제12조 (책임의 제한)
회사는 천재지변, 통신 장애, 단말기·OS 정책 변경 등 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임지지 않으며, 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 합리적으로 노력합니다. 회사는 서비스 이용으로 발생한 학업 성취도 등 결과에 대해 보증하지 않습니다.
제13조 (분쟁 해결)
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따르며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 상호 협의하여 해결함을 원칙으로 합니다. 협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우 관할 법원은 민사소송법에 따릅니다. 소비자는 한국소비자원·전자거래분쟁조정위원회 등에 분쟁조정을 신청할 수 있습니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms govern the conditions and procedures for using Correction Note ("the Service") provided by HD.LAB ("the Company"), and the rights and duties of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "User" means a person who agrees to these terms and uses the Service.
- "Premium" means extended features provided via paid subscription.
- "AI tokens" means the in-service usage units consumed when using AI features such as step-by-step solutions and similar-question generation.
- "Learning data" means question photos, handwriting, and study records registered by the user.
Article 3 (Acceptance & changes)
You must accept these terms and the privacy policy before use. The Company may amend the terms within the limits of law, with notice 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
Article 4 (Minors)
- The Service is primarily intended for learners from elementary through high school.
- Children under 14 must obtain consent from a legal guardian to register and use the Service.
- If a minor makes a purchase without their legal guardian's consent, the guardian may cancel that purchase.
Article 5 (Service)
- Free: 2 question uploads per day, auto-classification and review reminders, concept library, study planner, memorization notes.
- Premium: 30 uploads per day, 2 devices, monthly AI tokens, AI step-by-step solutions and similar-question generation, weakness analysis, study groups.
- Some features (photo upload, AI analysis) require an internet connection.
Article 6 (Limitations of AI features)
- AI-generated solutions, explanations, and classifications may contain errors and are provided as study aids.
- The Company does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of AI results; users are advised to verify with textbooks or teachers for important study or exam preparation.
- Features using AI are marked in-app (✨) so users can recognize them.
Article 7 (Fees & payment)
- Premium: ₩9,900/month or ₩99,000/year (VAT included).
- Optional add-on: 5GB storage upgrade +₩2,000/month (3GB by default).
- Web payments are processed as recurring billing (auto-renewal) via TossPayments; the first charge occurs immediately upon card registration.
- For purchases made through app stores, the respective store's payment and refund policies also apply.
- Subscriptions auto-renew each billing cycle until cancelled.
- Price changes are announced 30 days in advance and apply from the next renewal date.
Article 8 (Withdrawal, cancellation & refunds)
- Right of withdrawal: Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may request withdrawal and a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not used the paid content/features (e.g. AI tokens).
- After use: Where a portion of the service (such as AI tokens) has already been consumed, the right of withdrawal may be restricted (Article 17(2) of the same Act).
- Cancellation (stopping auto-renewal): You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops renewal from the next billing cycle; the already-paid, ongoing period continues until it ends. No pro-rata refund is provided for a period that has already started.
- Company fault: If the Service is unusable due to reasons attributable to the Company, we will refund the corresponding amount or extend the subscription period.
- Requests: Email manager@hdlab.ai.kr with your payment details; we respond within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Article 9 (User obligations)
- When registering third-party copyrighted material (workbooks, textbooks), users must do so for personal study only and must not reproduce, distribute, or sell it.
- Accounts may not be shared or transferred.
- Users must not abuse the Service or place undue load on the system.
Article 10 (Intellectual property & data ownership)
- The Service itself and Company-created content (concept library, question bank) belong to the Company.
- Rights to learning data registered by users belong to the users; the Company uses it only as needed to provide the Service.
- Upon account deletion, learning data is destroyed in accordance with the privacy policy.
Article 11 (Suspension & termination)
- Users may delete their account at any time within the app.
- The Company may restrict use or terminate the contract after notice if a user materially breaches these terms.
- If the Company discontinues the Service, it will give at least 30 days' notice and refund the remaining subscription period.
Article 12 (Limitation of liability)
The Company is not liable for interruptions beyond its control (force majeure, network failures, device/OS policy changes) and makes reasonable efforts to provide the Service reliably. The Company does not guarantee academic outcomes.
Article 13 (Governing law)
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes follow the competent court under civil procedure law.
