에이치디랩(HD.LAB, 이하 "회사")은 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 관련 고충을 신속하게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

2. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보
회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 회원가입 시 법정대리인의 동의를 받습니다. 법정대리인은 아동의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 학부모 모드 연결 시 법정대리인은 아동의 학습 통계 요약을 열람하며, 회사는 아동에게 맞춤형 광고를 제공하지 않습니다.

AI 처리 시 문제 이미지·텍스트가 처리 목적 범위 내에서 전송됩니다. 회사는 이용자의 학습 데이터를 외부 AI 모델의 학습(training) 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다.
4. 보유 및 이용 기간
- 회원 탈퇴 시 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.
- 다만 관계 법령에 따라 다음 정보는 법정 기간 동안 보관합니다.
- 계약·청약철회 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법)
- 대금 결제·재화 공급 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법)
- 소비자 불만·분쟁처리 기록: 3년 (전자상거래법)
- 접속 기록: 3개월 (통신비밀보호법)
- 개인을 식별할 수 없도록 익명화된 통계 정보는 기간 제한 없이 보관될 수 있습니다.
5. 개인정보의 파기
보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 영구 삭제하며, 출력물은 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.
6. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 근거하거나 수사기관의 적법한 절차에 따른 요구가 있는 경우에는 예외로 합니다.
7. 정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자(및 법정대리인)는 언제든지 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 [더보기 > 프로필]에서 직접 처리하거나, 아래 연락처로 요청하시면 지체 없이 조치합니다. 회원 탈퇴는 앱 내에서 직접 할 수 있습니다.
8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
- 비밀번호 암호화 저장, 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS/TLS)
- 접근 권한 최소화 및 접근 기록 보관
- 학습 데이터는 이용자 계정별로 분리 저장되어 다른 이용자가 접근할 수 없습니다.
9. 개인정보 보호책임자
개인정보 침해에 대한 신고·상담이 필요하신 경우 개인정보침해신고센터(privacy.kisa.or.kr, 국번없이 118), 개인정보 분쟁조정위원회(kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972)에 문의하실 수 있습니다.
10. 방침의 변경
본 방침의 내용이 변경되는 경우 시행 7일 전(중요한 변경은 30일 전)부터 서비스 내 공지 또는 이메일로 안내합니다.

2. Children under 14
Children under 14 must obtain legal guardian consent to register. Guardians may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing. The Company does not serve targeted advertising to children.

Question images and text are transmitted only within the scope of processing. The Company does not provide user learning data for training external AI models.
4. Retention period
- Personal information is destroyed without delay upon account deletion.
- Statutory retention: contract/withdrawal records 5 years; payment records 5 years; consumer complaint records 3 years; access logs 3 months.
- Anonymized statistics may be retained indefinitely.
5. Destruction
Information whose retention period has expired is permanently deleted in an unrecoverable manner.
6. Third-party disclosure
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties, except where required by law or lawful request from investigative authorities.
7. Your rights
Users (and legal guardians) may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing at any time via the app (More > Profile) or the contact below.
8. Security measures
